Care for grieving cats
There’s no question in our hearts that cats experience grief when the humans they have come to trust are no longer part of their lives. We also understand that while family and friends may want very much to care for companion cats after the loss of someone dear, it is not always possible for many reasons.
Neko Node Foundation provides support for family and friends after the loss of a person by housing and evaluating companion cats. We provide a home environment with consistent routine, human company (and feline if desired), and appropriate veterinary care. After evaluation, cats may be rehomed with new loving humans or become permanent residents of Neko Node’s cat retirement community.
